Ohio Hospital For Epileptics
This is the Ohio Hospital for Epileptics. It was the first Epilepsy colony in America, opening in 1893. It closed in 1976. The dining hall pictured here was a Union Hospital during the Civil War. The number 5 was inserted in the time slot upside down.
