I thought it was interesting that it was a girl’s high school. I would appreciate any history you may know about the school, such as, is the school still standing? If so, what is its current name? Was it an all girl’s school? Was it a public school? Any help will be appreciated.

Girl's high in Anderson,sc was torn down several years ago (40 or so years) It was one of two public high schools in Anderson. Boys High School, the other high school was remodeled and made into McDuffie High School in the 60's. Today the old boys high school is home for Hanna-Westside Extension Campus which is the career Center for the two district 5 high schools. T.L. Hanna and Westside High school
